The entire family works together on various tasks: planting tea, picking tea, roasting tea, growing vegetables, watering, harvesting fruits, and cooking. Occasionally, the owner also makes small steamed buns and golden croissants to showcase his baking skills, or you might get to taste the owner's wife's vegetable dishes during the harvest season. It doesn't feel like a typical restaurant but rather like a gracefully named establishment with a very local, Taiwanese rural charm, akin to a farmhouse tea house.
